Sing Beethoven in the Baltics

‘Sing Beethoven in the Baltics’ is the theme for our autumn singing holiday in 2026. We have chosen to visit Tallinn, one of Europe’s most musically vibrant cities. Our Beethoven programme comprises two choral works: the lovely Choral Fantasia and the Mass in C. Gavin Carr will be our conductor, and the piano soloist in the Fantasia is Maria Marchant, well known to all participants in our choral cruises.

Our performance on Tuesday 13 October will be in Tallinn’s magnificent art nouveau concert hall with the professional players of the Nordiclight Orchestra. A grand piano on the stage will limit the number of singing places available, so don’t leave it too late to book!

There will – of course – be opportunities for sight-seeing and we also offer an extra day’s exploration of Tallinn (until 15 October) or a two-day extension enabling you to spend a full day exploring Helsinki (return flights on 16 October).
