In the event that Messiah from Scratch® is postponed, we will attempt to re-schedule it for a later date. Please retain your ticket. If you are unable to make the replacement date, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket cost, excluding any booking fees that you have paid.

If Messiah from Scratch® is cancelled, you will be offered a refund of the ticket cost, excluding any booking fees that you have paid.

Amending or cancelling a booking
Tickets booked via the Royal Albert Hall cannot be exchanged or refunded. They can be resold through the Hall’s official resale partner, Twickets. Alternatively, you can use our Facebook group to tell other members about tickets you can no longer use (you will need to join the group before you can post messages).

Adding additional seats to your booking
If you want to add additional seats, you will need to revisit our RAH booking page (via the login button on the Home page of this website) and see if there are any other nearby seats to the ones you already have.
