HOW TO BOOK

Our Northern Lights Choral Cruise (17–25 October 2025) is officially sold out, with all cabins taken.

We are so sorry to disappoint you. We have started a waiting list, but places will only become available if existing passengers cancel. You are welcome to email your interest, but please understand that you may have to wait several months before you discover whether or not we have space for you. Click here to send an email directly through to Specialised Travel Concert Touring Ltd. They will contact you if any more cabins become available. You are welcome to read the documents below which give full details of the voyage, but we have disabled the links to the bookings forms as you should not send money, or try to book until you hear from Specialised Travel.

Northern Lights Choral Cruise booking is handled by our long-standing travel partner, Specialised Travel Concert Touring Ltd. The company works with us on all our overseas events and deals with all the travel and hotel arrangements.

STL’s sales and booking documents are now available to download below. Because there are many options for this trip, there are more documents than usual. Please note that if you are considering the round-trip voyage (Bergen–Kirkenes–Bergen), there is a separate information document covering the optional pre-choral (Bergen–Kirkenes) element and the round-trip prices and flights. There is also a separate booking form for optional excursions (northbound and southbound). It is cheaper to book these in advance than to wait until you are on board. If you plan to extend your stay in Norway after disembarking, there are some post-voyage tour options from our hotel base in Bergen. Please ask Specialised Travel for prices.
